We are committed to working with the community to ensure the safety and well-being of all people, within or around the site. We will make every effort to minimise the impact of the site works on surrounding properties and traffic (foot, cycle and vehicle) passing by the site.

All complaints will be managed professionally and respectfully in accordance with the Guidelines for Complaints Management AS/NZS 10002:2014. We will work with you to resolve your concerns as promptly as possible.

Record of complaints

All complaints will be recorded in a complaint register and will be published on the project website, in accordance with the Tweed Valley Hospital project Stage 1 State Significant Development condition of approval (Schedule 3, Part A, A24).

Complainants will be required to provide their full name and contact details for recording purposes. However, no personal information will be published on the website.
