These roads are found on the western and northern boundaries of the campus and are set to open on
10 October 2024
.
And the winners are ...
The project team is pleased to announce the following two names made it across the line with flying colours after we received an astounding 580 votes.
The new western road will now be known as – Cockatoo Crescent
The northern road – Banksia Drive
Cockatoo Crescent secured pole position early on and remained there till the competition closed. The new roads and their names are highlighted on the image below.
The winning names along with the other shortlisted names, Lily Lane and Gymea Road, complement existing campus road names that take inspiration from local flora and fauna.
