It is important to us that healthcare services meet the needs of the people who use them. Staff, patient, stakeholder and community input has been an essential part of the Cessnock Hospital Redevelopment. 

Consultation

Since early master planning stages, the project team has held a number of community information sessions at Cessnock Hospital and in local venues to share information about the project and capture feedback from staff,  stakeholders and the community. 

Most recently, planning documentation was placed on public exhibition, with feedback invited from the community from 20 January until 17 February 2025 .
