Planning process

Health Infrastructure has engaged a specialist project team to undertake the detailed planning and design for the redevelopment. This includes:

• Fulton Trotter as the Architect
• Public Works Advisory as the Project Manager
• C2R as the Cost Manager

A key focus of the Glen Innes Hospital Upgrade project is the provision of a contemporary health facility that is culturally appropriate and welcoming.

Planning and design of the redevelopment will be a collaborative process involving consultation with clinicians, staff, patient groups, local stakeholders and the community. 

Opportunities for staff, community and stakeholder participation will be communicated as the redevelopment progresses.
